These terms and conditions outline the guidelines for using our website (shaktibhakti.co.za) and purchasing our products. By continuing to explore or make a purchase, you agree to these terms, and we kindly ask that you read them with care.

Your Experience with Shakti Bhakti

The Shakti Bhakti website, including all content such as text, images, and media, belongs solely to Shakti Bhakti. All products, product names, descriptions, designs, logos, and brand elements remain our exclusive property.

We kindly ask that our work be respected and not reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Privacy

When you shop with us, we value your trust and respect your privacy. Any personal information shared is used solely to process your order, ensure delivery, and keep you updated.

By making a purchase, you agree to be added to our mailing list, where we share updates, new collections, spiritual insights, and special offers. You may unsubscribe at any time.

We do not store your financial details. All payments are processed securely through trusted platforms.

Purchasing from Shakti Bhakti

When you place an order, it is considered an offer to purchase. Once payment is received, you will receive an order confirmation email.

In rare cases where we are unable to fulfil an order, we will notify you as soon as possible and assist accordingly.

Prices & Payment

  • All prices are listed in South African Rands (ZAR).
  • Payment methods include Visa and Mastercard (processed securely via PayFast) and EFT.
  • All payments must be completed in full before an order is processed or dispatched.
  • If EFT is selected, proof of payment must be sent to info@shaktibhakti.co.za within 1 hour of placing your order.

If proof of payment is not received within this timeframe, your order will be automatically cancelled and the items will be released back into stock to ensure fairness to other customers.

Discount Codes

From time to time, we may offer discount codes as part of promotions.

  • Codes apply only to full-priced items unless otherwise stated
  • Only one code may be used per order
  • Codes cannot be applied to delivery fees unless specified
  • Discount values are distributed proportionally across items in an order
  • Items purchased using a discount code will be refunded based on the discounted price paid
  • Expired codes cannot be reinstated

Shakti Bhakti reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.

Product Information & Variations

Each Shakti Bhakti piece is created with care and intention. As a result, slight variations in colour, tone, or finish may occur.

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible, however colours may vary slightly depending on your device or screen settings.

Product Sizes & Adjustability

Our bracelets are designed to be gently adjusted to fit your wrist comfortably. Adjustments should be made gradually along the natural curve of the bracelet while it is on your wrist.

We kindly recommend avoiding bending the bracelet at a single point or applying pressure to the top of the cuff, as this may cause it to lose its intended shape.

Damage or distortion caused by incorrect adjustment or forceful handling is not considered a manufacturing defect.

If you need guidance, we are always happy to assist.

Product Care & Usage

Our bracelets are crafted to be waterproof, sweatproof, and suitable for daily wear.

However, “waterproof” refers to normal, occasional exposure to water, such as washing hands. Frequent or prolonged exposure to water and chemicals, including chlorine, soaps, perfumes, lotions, salt water, or constant immersion, may gradually affect the finish over time.

For best longevity, we recommend removing your bracelet during extended water exposure so it can continue to serve you beautifully.

Warranties & Liabilities

Ownership of all items remains with Shakti Bhakti until full payment has been received.

Once your order has been successfully delivered, responsibility for the care and safekeeping of the item rests with the customer.

Shakti Bhakti cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, failure to follow care guidance, or natural wear and tear over time.

While our bracelets are made from high-quality stainless steel and are generally hypoallergenic, individual reactions may vary. We recommend a patch test for those with sensitive skin.

We do not conduct independent chemical testing on materials and rely on supplier information.

We truly want you to enjoy your bracelet for as long as possible, and caring for it with intention will help preserve its beauty.

Operating Hours

Shakti Bhakti operates Monday to Friday, 8 AM–5 PM. We are closed on weekends and public holidays to rest and recharge.

Any changes to operating hours will be communicated via email or social media.

Disclaimer

While we take great care in crafting and presenting our products, Shakti Bhakti cannot be held liable for harm, allergic reactions, or damage resulting from improper use of our jewellery.

Father’s Day Competition Terms & Conditions (META)

1. Promoter

This competition is run by Shakti Bhakti Jewellery.

2. Competition Period

The competition opens on the date the competition post is published and closes on 31 May 2026 at 23:59 SAST.

The winner will be announced on 3 June 2026 on Shakti Bhakti’s official social media pages.

3. Prize

One winner will receive:

  • 1 x Limited Edition Father’s Day Hanuman Ji Modern Mantra Bracelet
  • 1 x Luxury jewellery box
  • 1 x Gift note
  • Delivery to Dad’s doorstep within South Africa

The total prize value is R524.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

  1. Follow @shaktibhakti_sa on Instagram and/or Facebook
  2. Like the competition post and comment why their dad, husband, or father figure is the best
  3. Tag 3 friends and share the post to their story

Entries from both Instagram and Facebook will be combined into one draw.

Multiple entries are allowed, provided each entry is genuine and follows the entry requirements.

5. Valid Entries

To qualify as a valid entry:

  • The participant must be following Shakti Bhakti’s official page at the time of entry, at the time of the draw, and when the prize is claimed.
  • The participant must like the competition post.
  • The comment must answer the competition question.
  • The participant must tag 3 real friends.
  • Tagged accounts must be genuine personal accounts.

As Shakti Bhakti is a Hindu faith jewellery brand, we kindly ask entrants to tag friends who would genuinely appreciate meaningful Hindu spiritual gifts and Shakti Bhakti’s offerings.

Tags of celebrities, fake accounts, inactive accounts, spam accounts, business pages, brand pages, bot accounts, giveaway-only accounts, or unrelated accounts will be disqualified and will not count as valid entries.

6. Who May Enter

This competition is open to residents of South Africa.

Wives, mothers, partners, children, and family members may enter.

Employees, suppliers, service providers, contractors, or immediate family members of Shakti Bhakti may not enter.

7. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid Instagram and Facebook entries.

The judge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

The selected winner must still be following @shaktibhakti_sa at the time of winner verification and prize claiming. If the selected winner is no longer following @shaktibhakti_sa, their entry will be deemed invalid and a redraw will take place.

If the selected winner does not meet the entry requirements, cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required time, or is found to have entered unfairly, Shakti Bhakti reserves the right to redraw.

8. Meta and TikTok Competitions

Shakti Bhakti may run separate Father’s Day competitions across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

If the same person is selected as the winner in more than one Father’s Day competition draw, a redraw will take place so that each competition has a unique winner.

One person may not win more than one Father’s Day competition prize.

9. Prize Conditions

The prize is not transferable.

The prize may not be exchanged for cash, store credit, another bracelet, another product, or any other alternative.

The bracelet cannot be swapped for a different design, colour, size, mantra, or message.

The prize must be delivered. No collection option is available.

Delivery is included within South Africa only.

10. Delivery

The winner must provide accurate delivery details within the timeframe requested by Shakti Bhakti.

Shakti Bhakti will not be responsible for delays, failed delivery, incorrect delivery details, or courier issues caused by inaccurate information supplied by the winner.

11. Spam, Bots & Unfair Entries

Shakti Bhakti reserves the right to disqualify any entry that appears to be spam, automated, fake, abusive, dishonest, or in violation of the spirit of the competition.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Bot-generated entries
  • Fake profiles
  • Duplicate fake accounts
  • Giveaway-only accounts
  • Tagging inactive, fake, celebrity, business, brand, spam, or unrelated accounts
  • Harassment or inappropriate comments
  • Any attempt to manipulate the draw
  • Repeated follow-and-unfollow behaviour
  • Entering only through spam-style tagging or fake engagement

Shakti Bhakti reserves the right to disqualify entrants from this competition or future competitions if their participation appears to involve fake accounts, giveaway-only accounts, spam tagging, bot activity, repeated follow-and-unfollow behaviour, or any activity that goes against the spirit of the competition.

12. Announcement & Contacting the Winner

The winner will be announced on 3 June 2026.

The winner may be contacted via direct message from Shakti Bhakti’s official social media account.

Shakti Bhakti will never ask entrants for banking details, card details, passwords, or payment to claim a prize.

13. Publicity

By entering, participants understand that their name, social media handle, comment, or entry may be shared by Shakti Bhakti for competition-related purposes.

14. Platform Disclaimer

This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, or TikTok.

By entering, participants release these platforms from any responsibility relating to the competition.

15. General

Shakti Bhakti reserves the right to amend, suspend, cancel, or extend the competition if necessary due to circumstances outside its control.

By entering this competition, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
