These terms and conditions outline the guidelines for using our website (shaktibhakti.co.za) and purchasing our products. By continuing to explore or make a purchase, you’re agreeing to these terms, and we kindly ask that you read them with care.

The Shakti Bhakti website (including all its content—text, images, and media) belongs solely to Shakti Bhakti. All products, designs, logos, and our name are the heart of what we do and remain our property.

We lovingly ask that visitors and customers honour our work by not reproducing, distributing, or using any part of the website or our content for business purposes without permission.

Privacy

When you shop with us, we value your trust and respect your privacy. Any personal information you share is treated with the utmost care. We’ll only use it to process your order, ensure delivery and keep you updated.

When you make a purchase, you’ll automatically join our Shakti Bhakti mailing list. Through this, you’ll stay connected with updates about new collections, upcoming prayers and events, insights, and special sales. If you ever wish to pause our updates, you can unsubscribe anytime—though we’ll miss having you with us.

We also want you to know that we don’t store your financial details—your security is just as important as your spiritual journey.

Purchasing from Shakti Bhakti

When you place an order, it’s like planting a seed of intention. Once we receive your payment, we’ll send you a confirmation email to acknowledge your order. From there, we’ll lovingly prepare and dispatch your items.

If, for any reason, we’re unable to accept your order, we’ll let you know right away.

Prices and Payment

All prices are in South African Rands (ZAR) and include packaging. Shipping fees are as follows: Delivery to a Pudo locker near you: R50, delivery to your door: R60
Payment methods include Visa and Mastercard all processed securely through PayFast, a trusted payment platform.
You can also make payment via EFT, directly from your own online banking.
All payments must be completed in full to confirm, process, and deliver your cherished purchase.
If you’ve chosen EFT as your payment method, please sent your proof of payment within an hour of placing your order.
If we don’t receive your proof of payment within the timeframe, your order may be canceled, and the items held for you will return to our stock system.

Sale Items

All purchases of sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing fault.

Discount Codes

We may share special coupon codes to add a little joy to your shopping experience. Here’s everything you need to know about using them:

Coupon codes are valid only on full-priced items and cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.
If your order includes multiple items, the discount value will be evenly spread across all items in the order.
For returns, any refund on items purchased with a coupon code will be adjusted to exclude the value of the applied discount.
Coupon codes cannot be applied to delivery costs, unless specifically stated.
Expired coupon codes cannot be redeemed, and replacement codes will not be issued.
Shakti Bhakti reserves the right to cancel or modify a discount or promotion at any time.
Only one coupon code can be used per order unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Our Promise: Shipping with Care

Every order is sent from our Durban HQ with love. Deliveries typically take 2–7 working days, depending on your location.

Please double-check your delivery address when placing an order. If your parcel is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we’ll ask you to cover the cost of re-delivery.

If your item (the product, not the packaging) arrives damaged, notify us within 24 hours, and we’ll resolve it carefully. Should a parcel go missing, we’ll liaise with the courier service to ensure you’re taken care of.

Returns Made Simple

We take pride in the quality of our products, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order if:

The product was damaged during transit (contact us within 24 hours).
The item has a manufacturing defect.
The wrong item or quantity was sent.

Please note that the natural wear and tear from the use of your jewellery is not considered a defect or manufacturing fault. Treat your Shakti Bhakti pieces with love, and they will continue to serve you beautifully on your spiritual journey.

To initiate a return, email us at info@shaktibhakti.co.za with your order details, photos of the issue, and your preference for a replacement or refund.

At Shakti Bhakti, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, please note that we are unable to accept returns for the following reasons:

The item is a sale or custom order.
The item has broken due to neglect.
The item has become worn out due to improper care.
The tarnishing of the coating is not covered, as this is a result of general wear and tear, exposure to moisture, perfumes, and body heat over time.

We encourage you to care for your Shakti Bhakti pieces with love and attention to ensure their longevity.

Warranties & Liabilities

When your order arrives, the responsibility for any loss or damage to your items is transferred to you.

The ownership of your items remains with Shakti Bhakti until we’ve received full payment for all amounts due.

While we trust our suppliers and rely on the information they provide, we do not conduct chemical tests on the materials we use.

Please understand that Shakti Bhakti cannot be held responsible for any harm or accidental damage caused by our jewellery after it has been delivered, nor for wear and tear that naturally occurs over time. We also cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by failure to follow any care instructions provided.

We believe in the beauty and longevity of our pieces and want you to enjoy them with love and care for as long as possible. Treat them with kindness, and they’ll continue to shine on your spiritual journey.

Our bracelets are crafted from high-quality stainless steel, a material known for its hypoallergenic properties. This means they are less likely to cause allergic reactions compared to other metals. However, it's important to note that while stainless steel is considered hypoallergenic, individuals with extremely sensitive skin may still experience some irritation. Reactions can vary from person to person, and even hypoallergenic materials can cause discomfort in rare cases.

We understand that each person's skin is unique. If you have a history of metal allergies or sensitive skin, we recommend performing a patch test before wearing new jewellery for extended periods. Your well-being is our top priority.

Caring for Your Spiritual Pieces

Shakti Bhakti bracelets are crafted with intention, care, and heart, but they need love, too!

When not in use, store your bracelet in a dry, safe space to preserve its beauty (preferably in the pouch provided).
Remember, wear and tear over time is natural, but handling your bracelet with care will ensure it lasts.

We take great care in photographing our jewellery to showcase its true beauty, but please be mindful that the colours you see on your screen may look a little different depending on your device.

Product Sizes and Adjustability

Our Shakti Bhakti bracelets are designed to fit most adult wrists comfortably. Each bracelet is adjustable, allowing you to gently squeeze it to make it smaller or carefully stretch it to widen it, ensuring a perfect fit for your wrist. Please note that while our bracelets are flexible, they should be handled with care to maintain their shape and integrity. If you have any concerns about sizing or need guidance on adjustments, feel free to reach out to us – we’re here to help!

Operating Hours

Shakti Bhakti is a small, soulful business, and we operate Monday to Friday, 8 AM–5 PM. We take weekends and public holidays off to recharge and honour our spiritual practices.

If we ever take a break outside these hours, we’ll keep you informed via email and social media.
