How do I order?
You can place your order directly on our website. Simply select your bracelet, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. For custom orders, or to secure a bracelet before launch, please email info@shaktibhakti.co.za.
Can I collect?
We currently operate online only and do not offer in-person collections. All orders are shipped directly to you.
Do you have different sizes?
Our Shakti Bhakti bracelets are designed to fit most adult wrists comfortably. Each bracelet is adjustable, allowing you to gently squeeze it to make it smaller or carefully stretch it to widen it, ensuring a perfect fit for your wrist. Please note that while our bracelets are flexible, they should be handled with care to maintain their shape and integrity
Can I have a certain mantra in a different colour?
Each Shakti Bhakti Modern Mantra Bracelet is crafted in a specific colour for deep spiritual reasons. We’ve carefully chosen these colours with intention—check out our Instagram post to see why. That said, if you have a personal preference, and it aligns with the soul of Shakti Bhakti, we’d love to create a custom piece for you. Email info@shaktibhakti.co.za to get started.
Can I have the mantra on the inside, with the outside being plain?
These bracelets were a God-given idea, created with the vision of keeping the divine mantras visible as a source of strength, protection, and devotion. Placing the mantra on the inside would go against this sacred purpose and the very essence of what Shakti Bhakti stands for. This design reflects our core mission: to seamlessly blend spirituality with contemporary style, allowing the powerful energy of the mantra to be both seen and felt, serving as a constant, visible reminder of one's faith and connection to the divine.
Altering this design would not align with the vision and purpose that inspired Shakti Bhakti. We hope you understand our commitment to maintaining the integrity of this concept.
Are bracelets fine for sensitive skin?
Our bracelets are crafted from stainless steel, a material known for its hypoallergenic properties. This means they are less likely to cause allergic reactions compared to other metals. However, it's important to note that while stainless steel is considered hypoallergenic, individuals with extremely sensitive skin may still experience some irritation. Reactions can vary from person to person, and even hypoallergenic materials can cause discomfort in rare cases.
We understand that each person's skin is unique. If you have a history of metal allergies or sensitive skin, we recommend performing a patch test before wearing new jewellery for extended periods. Your well-being is our top priority.
Does it tarnish or change colour?
Our bracelets are crafted from stainless steel and coloured using a process which ensures they are durable, tarnish-resistant, and water-proof. You can wear your bracelet daily, even in water, without worry.
That said, it’s important to note that the wear and tear typically seen in everyday use can gradually affect coatings. Regular contact with hard surfaces, friction, and impacts may lead to visible wear over time. However, this process is usually very slow, and with normal usage, the coating remains intact for a very long period of time.
To keep your bracelet looking its best, please follow the care instructions included in your box. Use the cleaning cloth provided to gently wipe it down and store it in the pouch provided when not in use.
Is it waterproof?
Absolutely! Shakti Bhakti Modern Mantra Bracelets are made for life—water, sweat, ocean, and all. Shower, swim, or take a dip in the sea—they won’t tarnish, rust, or fade. Wear it every day, everywhere.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are prepared on Mondays and dispatched between Monday and Tuesday.
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 1–4 working days, depending on your location.
You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your parcel is on its way, so you can follow its journey to you.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch.
My discount code is not working, what should I do?
First, double-check the following:
1. Make sure the code is entered exactly as received (case-sensitive, no spaces).
2. Check if the code is still valid and hasn’t expired.
3. Ensure the code applies to the items in your cart (some codes exclude certain products or sale items).

We are based in Durban, South Africa and ship nationwide
Do you deliver to Mauritius, Sri Lanka, Tanzania, etc?
Right now, we only ship within South Africa.

Once we receive your request, we’ll review your business and if you’re successful, we’ll send you all the details on wholesale pricing, minimum order quantities, and how to get started. Let’s spread the power of mantras together.
I placed an order and it hasn't been shipped, can I swap it for a different mantra bracelet?
Yes, if your order has not yet been dispatched, you’re welcome to request a change.
Standard in-stock items can be swapped for a different bracelet, subject to availability. Please note that this may extend your processing time slightly.
Custom or personalised orders can only be changed before the custom order cut-off period. Once production has begun, changes will no longer be possible.

I placed an order and just received it and realised I ordered the wrong mantra, can I return it for a different one?
We understand that mistakes can happen.
If your bracelet is unused and in its original condition and packaging, you’re welcome to request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please note:
Returns in this case are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
Return courier costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll gladly assist you with selecting a different mantra bracelet.

I won't be home when the courier is going to deliver, can I schedule a date for delivery?
Yes, you can. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking details from the courier. You can use those details to schedule a convenient delivery date directly with them. This way, you can ensure someone is available to receive your order.
